Farm Fresh Reggae 2024

This event was a blast to attend, and was better organized for vendors.

Farm Fresh Reggae 2024 was a total remake of their former layout for vendor setup. A lot of vendors had a lot of input from the last 2 years of vending events, and it seems the managers of the event listened to what everyone had to say.

This year the parking was organized in a field next to the event area, which was held on the farmland closest to the house. The entrance was well lit and well marked. There was an arbor with a hanging sign, advertising that the entrance was there. Right inside the entrance was the ticket purchase area, as well as one of the hosts vending site - Reggae Rapids.

The trail followed around the farm house in a horshoe, with vendors lined up all around. In the center of the horseshoe was the main stage and the food vending area. On the far side of the horseshoe was additional vending, additional stages, and a family play area where the family could hang out with their children to play and dance.

This year there were also multiple food vendors that were actually able to stay the complete event. Previous years, the food vendors were spotty, or didn't show.

This year at this event, we hosted 3 different artists under consignments at the event under the Fleek Geek Boutique, LLC name. The artists also attended the event to get the full experience.

That included:

- Blankets
- Purses
- Kids and Pet toys
- Hats
Michelle - With her hand crocheted clown dolls.
Brian - With his hand made tiny bead art items including:
- Bracelets
- Necklaces
- Pins
- Keychains

With the event layout change to be more vendor focused than just "band" focused, everything went quite well across the board. Every vendor was able to receive visits and their name spread by word of mouth.

In previous years, the majority of the vendors were kind of hidden near the end of the trail, past the family area and it wasn't well marked, so many vendors were not really visited. Comments from guests concluded that they thought that area was just for the campers families.

Farm Fresh Reggae 2023

This event was a blast to attend! The vendor areas were a little more organized, but there was still a little room for improvement. The bands and after events were a blast!

Farm Fresh Reggae 2023 was a little more orangized than the 2022 event. There was a fairly large area where kids could play and dance in the middle of all bands and hang around a fire pit. It was nicely centered between 3 different stages.

This year the parking was organized in a field on the South side of the event area and across the road on a neighbors field. The entrance was fairly well lit and well marked with signs directing everyone to the circle drive by the house.

The trail followed around the farm house in a horseshoe, but placement seemed kind of away from all of the main events for many of the vendors, so not so many visitors traveled to the far side of the horseshoe trail where our tent was.

Most of the main attractions and well known vendors were over toward the North side by the main stage, all in a circle. The food area was also in that area.

This year at this event, we hosted 2 different artists under consignments at the event under the Fleek Geek Boutique, LLC name. The artists were not able to attend the event this year for personal reasons.
